PlayCare Hours of Operation
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Treat your dog to a day of fun activity and social interaction. Surpassing the traditional doggie daycare service, The Grand has created the PlayCare experience for your pet. Allow your pet to enjoy the day with us and our furry friends while you’re at work, running errands, or when you just need the house to yourself.

FIELD TRIP
Sneak away from PlayCare for a field trip to the Resort. Enjoy premium services offered for The Grand Dog such as a PDA Date or Pool Time. Prices as listed.
PLAYPASS
- Pre-purchase multiple days of PlayCare admission.
- 10 playdays for $220
- 20 playdays for $400
PlayPass visits expire 6 months from date of purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
PET VALET
Pre-purchase multiple days of PlayCare admission and receive the preferential treatment of our exclusive Pet Valet service.
For the enjoyment and safety of our PlayCare pets, all potential PlayCare guests are required to schedule an interview and personality assessment. All guests participating in PlayCare must be at least 4 months old, spayed or neutered, and current on their vaccinations and fecal test.
In the unlikely event of pet personality changes which are incompatible with group dynamics, a guest’s social privileges may be revoked and the cost of remaining visits may be applied toward other Resort and Spa Services.
